People have told me to sleep enough. Some have told me to sleep less. At first i used to take a democratic vote but in time i knew that only a few ever know. A subject called research Methodology in MBA made me realise the difference of  knowledge and data and so began the quest to find longevity through research papers.

Sleep more than required might cause you to feel tired throughout the day and then you might have difficulty falling asleep as well and this might make you obese as well.
Where as sleeping less might make people suicidal.
